How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping within Australia is free. Please contact me directly if you require express shipping or international shipping so that I can calculate an accurate costing for you. See the Shipping Policy for more details.
When will I get my order?
I endeavour to ship your order on the same or next business day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times can vary depending on your location. You can also track your order status via Live Chat.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Exchanges are encouraged over refunds, however we will accept returns in original condition, within 30 days of purchase. For more see our Refund Policy
Who pays for return postage?
If you've changed your mind, you'll generally be responsible for return postage costs.
If the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, we'll cover any reasonable return shipping costs in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
How long does it take to receive a refund?
Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
What are my rights under Australian Consumer Law?
Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to certain guarantees that cannot be excluded.
If a product has a major fault, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement.
If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
Our change of mind policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the damage and your order number. We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
Are all your products upcycled?
Yes all products are hand made by me, using vintage and upcycled fabrics. Bias binding, sewing cotton and other haberdashery items do tend to be store bought.
